On February 23, 2022, Doris Rothman of Lake Worth, FL peacefully passed away at the Palm Beach Gardens hospice at the age of 90. Doris was born on August 6, 1931 in Bronx, NY to parents Sidney Rogers and Henrietta Furst Rogers. Doris is survived by her husband Drew Rothman, her three children Stuart Paskow, Lori Salvaggio, Ken Paskow and grandson Aaron Paskow. Doris graduated from Fieldston High School in Manhattan, NY and attended Russell Sage College in Troy, NY where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1953. Back in the day, Doris was an athletic gal. She played college basketball at Russell Sage and in 1971 was woman's club champ at the Shackamaxon Golf and Country Club in Scotch Plains, NJ. Side by side with her husband Drew she co-owned D&D Golf and Tennis Pro Shop in Fanwood, NJ. Doris's interests included playing scrabble, jigsaw puzzles, NY Times crossword puzzles, spending time with her second husband and business partner Drew, and proudly doting over her only grandchild Aaron. No memorial service or funeral is planned. Doris's ashes will be placed at the South Florida VA National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations should be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
