It is with great love and sadness we announce the passing of Edward Frank Schwartz, age 78, born on September 16, 1946. He was the son of Dr. Isadore Schwartz and Ruth (Sherman) Schwartz. Ed valiantly fought a long battle of cancer.

Born in Quincy, Massachusetts he attended Milton Academy and went on to graduate from University of Pennsylvania. Following that he received a Doctor of Science from Tufts University and his master's in business from Northeastern University. For the remainder of his life he resided in Florida. He is survived by his daughter, Laura Schwartz, his sister Penny Grossman, and his longtime companion, Gail Ostrie Solarana Harvey.

May his neshama have an aliyah.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 19th at 1:45pm at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, Massachusetts.

Shiva will follow.
