Elaine Carillo, of Brooklyn, New York, left us to be with the Lord on August 12, 2023.

She passed away at the age of 93 in Boca Raton, Florida, peacefully while spending her last days with her loving family. Elaine spent the first chapter of her life being a devoted wife, a dedicated mother, and enjoyed her career in the medical profession.

Upon retirement, Elaine decided to move to South Florida where she would spend her remaining days enjoying sunny days by the pool, reading a good book, and playing cards with the girls of the neighborhood. Elaine will now spend her spiritual days with her late husband Joseph, and daughter Joanne. She is survived by her daughter Francine; her son; Frank (Diane) Carillo, grandchildren Rory, Toni, Paul, and Matthew; and great-grandchildren Allen and Leah.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 25, at 11:30 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, New York.
