Fred's Obituary

Fred J Abeles, 91 years old, of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on November 27, 2023.

Fred was born in the Bronx on March 10, 1932, to parents Jenny and Philip Abeles (both deceased) Upon graduating from High School, Fred attended City College of New York as an undergraduate student in Engineering and received his masters degree in Chemical engineering from New York University.

Fred is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Lillian Abeles, his 3 children Irene Bass, Dr Jay Abeles, and Dr Gwen Abeles, along with his 6 grandchildren Justin Abeles, Derek Abeles, Gabrielle Bass, Sydney Bass, Jake Ravett and Arielle Ravett.

Fred loved golf, opera and old movies most of all he adored his wife, Lillian. Together they built a life of love and compassion for one another.

He was a devoted and caring father and loving grandfather who will be greatly missed.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday December 7 at 9:30 am at Rubin Memorial Chapel, 7340 Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437
