George was an entrepreneur: a builder, real estate salesman, stamp dealer and textile business owner.  He served in the Army after graduating from NC State with a Bachelor of Science and maintained life-long friendships with his beloved fraternity brothers.

George was devoted to his wife Deena, and they were married for 68 years.  They lived in White Plains, New York, New Fairfield Connecticut, Naples Florida, Tolland, Ma, and Boynton Beach, Fl.

George enjoyed classical music. He loved to kibbutz and was a trusted mentor to family members and friends and maintained a positive outlook throughout this life.
He will be greatly missed by his daughters Linda and Laurie, sons-in-law Earl and Steve, grandsons Matt and Dan, brother Carl, and many other relatives and friends. He was pre-deceased in 2022 by his wife, Deena.
