Loretta (Terry) Russo, 79 of Boynton Beach Florida (formerly Staten Island, NY) passed peacefully in her home on Saturday, August 27, 2022, surrounded by her daughters and loving family. She is predeceased by her parents, Marco and Laura Russo and brother Joseph.  She is survived by her former husband, Ralph Freccia, long-time partner, Richard D'Auria, two daughters, Dina Rocco of Delray Beach, FL and Deborah Impresa of Boynton Beach, FL. Son-in-Law Russell Rocco, Grandchildren Giorgia & Westley Lynn and future Great-Grandchild Luca Joseph, Vincenzo Impresa and Gina Rocco. She is also survived by her Sister, Angela Ciccimarro and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Loretta's love of her family and spoiling her grandchildren were at the forefront of everything she did.  A hard worker from the age of 16 as a Hairdresser, Loretta worked in the beauty industry for over 60 years while raising her family. Her passion for cooking and all things food were her trademark to all who knew and loved her. Food was her passion and how she expressed love to all. She had a zest for life and oftentimes when asked to go somewhere, her response was always the same: "I'm in". Those who were lucky enough to have spent time with her, soon learned of her quick wit and zest for life.  She fought a nine month battle with pancreatic cancer and never once complained.  Instead, she lifted up everyone around her with her grace and gratitude. The Lord has chosen to decorate the sky with her beauty.

Her wishes were to not have a service, but have a celebration of life, which will take place both in Florida and New York with martinis and great stories flowing, instead of tears. Details to follow.
