Renee Blasser Scharfman was born in Panama, CA whose parents fled Europe from Morocco and Poland. She had one sister and two brothers .
She came to the USA as a teenager to further her education and met and fell in love with Lawrence Scharfman.
They had two children, five grandchildren and one great grandson.

Renee loved classical music, ballet, reading, mahjong, and horseback riding. Many of these loves live on in her children.
She was passionate about Sephardic Judaism .

She was loved and will be missed.
