Theodore Straus, 97, of Boynton Beach, Fla, formerly of Springfield, N.J. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was the adored husband of Shirley (Pollinger) Straus for 69 years. Loving father of Judi Warman (Hal), and Shari Gozlan (Denis). He was the proud grandfather of Michael Warman and Zachary and Molly Gozlan (Gideon Stryker). Teddy was a teacher, a friend, a mentor to his kids, and an all around sweet, funny man. His greatest joys were spending time with his family and friends in New Jersey and Florida, traveling around the world by land or sea, and playing poker with his buddies.
