Edward Ray Trenary

Ray Trenary, 80, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at his home in Delray Beach, FL

Ray was born June 1, 1940, son of the late Lillian Trenary (Geraghty) and Enoch R. Trenary. He and his wife Maureen lived in Waldorf, MD while raising their family until retiring to Cape Coral, FL in 1999. He subsequently moved to Delray Beach, FL where he enjoyed the remainder of his retirement.

Ray served his country in the US Air Force. He was an active member of the Waldorf, MD Jaycees for many years. Upon retirement from the FAA, he enjoyed golfing and traveling with his wife Maureen. He also served on the condo board of his community in Cape Coral, FL and was a member of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Volunteer Services Unit.

Ray is survived by his wife of 58 years Maureen and their children Lisa Jarkowski and her husband Stuart of Boca Raton, FL, and Sharon Gellerson and her husband Steve of Miami Beach, FL.

A private graveside service will be held at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL at a date in the future to be determined.
